GUIDELINES

Please read the instructions carefully before filling the form

Parents should be aware of Little Flower School admission guidelines and shall abide by CBSE rules and regulations.

  • If any parent submits wrong information, the application for admission of his / her ward will be rejected and if required, legal action may be initiated against him / her.
  • Parent shall fulfill all the desired conditions and possess all relevant documents to support his / her statements.
  • He / she shall fill up only one form in one login in a shift however can apply in other class.
  • Multiple applications will be automatically cancelled by competent authority.
  • Little Flower provides the option of filling up the form again only if the previous submission is cancelled however the option edit will be available till the last date of registration.
  • Instructions for filling up the form and all other relevant information is available on our all website.
  • Parent must keep a hard copy (Printout of submitted registration form) , acknowledgement of the filled up form and application fee receipt with him / her and will submit the same along with all required documents at the time of submission.
  • Parent must give a valid e-mail id for correspondence.
  • Little Flower Higher School Co-Educational, English Medium, Private Unaided Christian Minority Institution. As such the norms of Minority Institutions are applicable in the admission process.
  • Availability of Forms: Online Admission Forms will be available from 20 December 2017, only for the Session 2018 – 2019.
  • Important: Username/Password Login Account creation is required before the submission. This username and password is required only to check your ward’s admission status. It will not enable you to edit or make any change in the form.
  • Disclaimer:Don't wait for the last day and hour to register. The school will not be held liable incase there are any server/internet problems resulting in an inability to access/print the form.
  • Name and other particulars: Fill in the particulars of the child (i.e. Name of the Child, parents’ name, date of birth) correctly. The date of birth filled in the form must tally with the one written in the Date of Birth Certificate. All names should be spelt correctly in capital letters as they will be required in all the legal papers and CBSE record of the candidate. No change whatsoever will be made after the admission to LKG or any subsequent class regarding Date of Birth and the name.
  • Selection: The Management of the School reserves all rights of admission or rejection and is not bound to give reasons for admission or rejection of any particular candidate. The selection procedure is designed by the Committee and the selection of the candidate is done by the Management.
  • Rejection of Forms: There will be a preliminary examination of the forms. All forms found incomplete/ with documents missing/unattested/ with incorrect information/ ineligible will not be accepted.
  • Caution: The School does not accept any donation for admission. Parents should be aware of third parties collecting money on behalf of the School and making false claims of procuring admission. If the parents enter into any transaction with such parties, they will be doing so at their own risk and the School shall not be responsible for it.
  • Registration Fee Receipt: After the form for admission is filled and saved (submitted online), you will get an Registration Fee Receipt in a new window stating the Print Receipt. Kindly print this Registration Fee Receipt and submit it to the school office.
  • Registration Fee: Payment of Rs.300/- should be made in the school office after downloading the chalan from the website.
  • The printed Online Application Form and Registration fee deposit receipt of the school should be produced at the time of verification of forms. Parents whose wards are already studying in the school should submit a photo copy of the ward’s report card (previous class).
  • Original copies of the certificates uploaded while registering the form should be brought during the time of verification of documents.
  • IMPORTANT: You are advised to fill only one online form. Duplicate Forms shall be rejected. Use proper computer set up with printer to register your child. Avoid using smart phones, tabs, I-pads to register.
  • Kindly note: The result of the interaction will be intimated online.
